My Auntie was very happy today with the outcome of this clinic. From the beginning Kate was very helpful, friendly and gave a new client an appointment with a short notice. Dr Ray, was very professional with his work, very kind and humble, and finish all the job in one visit which these days a big plus for a clients who don't want to keep visiting the clinic for just filling up papers and get no quick results. Definitely we will tell all our friends and family about your excellent service.

My experience today was nothing but positive. I unexpectedly had to babysit my 4 year old granddaughter today so had to take her to the dentist with me. The staff were absolutely wonderful to her and she felt very comfortable being there which I appreciated very much. Dr Ray is a fantastic dentist, very thorough and explained everything to me for the follow up treatment that I need. I was extremely impressed with Dianella Family Dental and after my experience today I would thoroughly recommend them.

I am so happy to have found Dianella Family Dental. I have been avoiding going to the dentist for several years because I am a very nervous patient. From the moment you enter reception, Kate instantly puts you at ease. Dr Ray saw me right on time on each appointment so there is no waiting. He is very patient and explains exactly what is going to happen and why. More importantly, on each of my visits, I have experienced no pain or even discomfort. Dr Ray is a fantastic dentist! Have been seeing him for just over a year now and he is professional, calm and explains things patiently. He takes care of you as his patient and you feel safe and I trust being in his care. Thankyou Dr Ray!😊🙌 Also would like to mention his new dental assistant Kate. I met her for the first time today and she was personable, offered a friendly smile and overall professional service. Kate made the environment positive and warm! Excellent. You arrive at reception and greeted by beautiful Kate. Then dr ray in the room. He explains everything as he goes. Absolutely professional, quick with no pain. Over and done before you know it. He then explains what to do from there. What to use and if you need another treatment. Very good and professional all the way through. Then back to Kate to make another appt if needed. Then you're through. I give them a 11 out of ten. cheers.
