My experience today was nothing but positive. I unexpectedly had to babysit my 4 year old granddaughter today so had to take her to the dentist with me. The staff were absolutely wonderful to her and she felt very comfortable being there which I appreciated very much. Dr Ray is a fantastic dentist, very thorough and explained everything to me for the follow up treatment that I need. I was extremely impressed with Dianella Family Dental and after my experience today I would thoroughly recommend them.
I am so happy to have found Dianella Family Dental. I have been avoiding going to the dentist for several years because I am a very nervous patient. From the moment you enter reception, Kate instantly puts you at ease. Dr Ray saw me right on time on each appointment so there is no waiting. Dr Ray is a fantastic dentist! Have been seeing him for just over a year now and he is professional, calm and explains things patiently. Dr. Raymond is great at what he does, always does the best job whenever I go and gives advice on future steps to take to keep my teeth in the best dental shape they can be.

Excellent. You arrive at reception and greeted by beautiful Kate. Then dr ray in the room. He explains everything as he goes. Absolutely professional, quick with no pain. Over and done before you know it. He then explains what to do from there. What to use and if you need another treatment. Very good and professional all the way through. Then back to Kate to make another appt if needed. Then you're through. I give them a 11 out of ten. cheers.
