All round he did a good job in his inspection work. Only thing he didn't take much interest to see above Seeling area. He opens the manhole of the sealing & direct his light around the area to inspects from manhole. He may have thought it is not necessarily to check the walls above sealing with his meter.

We have always been happy with the spray and have been a customer for many years. On this occasion I found the office staff member really rude on the phone. I rang to ask the consultants name on the day so I could call him and let him know I was heading out with the kids on school holidays and to check about one of the areas. Prompt & efficient. Door works well & looks great. He even adjusted our other screen door which was playing up. Excellent job all round.
Termite inspection was NOT THOROUGH at all. Subfloor, stumps, garden, trees were not checked. The guy only checked about 2 rooms on the house (banging on the skirting boards and stepping on a floor board, he said was concerning.
While Andy our technician was brilliant I’m afraid that since this is the second time we had to treat the same area in 2 years despite assurances that treatment would last 10 years. Clearly the job was not done correctly the first time The company did come to the party and we were charged for chemicals only but we face a repeat of repair bills.
