The only thing that I didn’t appreciate was the young man who arrived to do the job when I had no idea it was to be done that day(I was asleep). He explained 2 messages had been sent to my phone (which I did not receive). I asked what mobile number it was sent to & it was not my mobile. The young man was apologetic (not his fault) & I agreed he could do the job. Job done & I was happy with it & the young man who was very polite.

All round he did a good job in his inspection work. Only thing he didn't take much interest to see above Seeling area. He opens the manhole of the sealing & direct his light around the area to inspects from manhole. He may have thought it is not necessarily to check the walls above sealing with his meter.

We have always been happy with the spray and have been a customer for many years. On this occasion I found the office staff member really rude on the phone. I rang to ask the consultants name on the day so I could call him and let him know I was heading out with the kids on school holidays and to check about one of the areas.
