Office staff were polite and courteous in booking the appointment, follow up confirmation and reminders confirmed the time and date. Two technicians arrived on time and were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. During the inspection they were articulate with the process and happy to answer questions. Inspection completed with in the time specified and comprehensive quote provided in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services

After hearing some scratching in the ceiling, I called out the Dandenong Pest Control. The rep. was very helpful. He checked the roof for signs of infestation and showed me photos of the recent droppings from rats. He set the traps and explained how they worked. The rep. was most helpful in answering my questions. He also came promptly.
