So much care and love for our little old pup. Kind and caring. Explained everything clearly. Could not have been better.
Business response:
Thanks Kaye. So happy the team could find the source of Chipoo's pain and is feeling better minus a few teeth
Ursula was detailed and clear with her information and options for next steps in caring for my 4 legged friend
Business response:
Great to hear you and Dr Ursula could work on Princess Lily's treatment plan.
I was happy with the detailed information we were given to ensure we didn’t miss anything. The vet seemed to genuinely care for our dog so we felt confident with the treatment.
Business response:
We are glad Dr Daniel was able to help you and Sir Hugo and we hope he is back to his energetic self.

I have always found Danielle to be professional and efficient whilst being friendly and caring towards me, as well as my dog. She was very patient when clipping his nails whilst I fed him treats. I have always found all staff to be friendly, efficient and compassionate.
Business response:
Thank you immensely for your kind words, Lesley. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear about your positive experience at Croydon Veterinary Clinic.
We are the proud owners of a very excitable Labrador who makes a visit to the vet quite challenging. The Team was great in making the visit as calm as possible while managing our lab, providing advice and answering all our questions.
Betty had a dental clean under anaesthetic and the nurses did other cleaning over and beyond. They were lovely with her and she came through with flying colours! Thank you to the staff for their professionalism and the care given to our lovely girl.🙏🐕🦺💖
Business response:
We are elated to hear that Betty had a successful dental clean and extra care at our clinic. Thank you for your kind words and for trusting us with your lovely girl!🐕🦺💖

We are glad you appreciate Jessie's assistance at reception. We feel it is important to have nurses in all areas of our clinic to ensure you have knowledgeable staff help you and your family each step in your visit. Look forward to seeing you and Mr Murphy next time.
