Always great communication, friendly and approachable staff that take time to listen, then thorough and accurate problem diagnosis, fast and efficient repairs and reasonable pricing. We have dealt with Tim, Deon and Edwin who are always happy to go the extra mile. For example, we had a battery supplied by another workshop fail (under warranty) a second time in five months but they were not open to obtain a replacement battery.
