We have rented an apartment through Colliers between 2019 and 2021 and we cannot speak highly enough of the real estate agency and their staff. We had no issues finding the right tenants for our rental house in Fannie Bay with the help of Julie. We had to suddenly move offshore for work commitments and Julie stepped in and ensured the property was in order to list on the market and secured the right price and terms for our property. We are lucky to have her as our agent.
Julie Neal has excelled as a property manager! Despite arriving in Darwin (from WA) for a two day reconnaissance trip, only to find my first day a public holiday, Julie has gone above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she show me the property I would eventually rent on her day off but she has since maintained the level of service since then. Julie has made my first time move to Darwin plain sailing and I really cannot recommend her enough.
Debbie was thoroughly professional while making the process of purchasing the property as straightforward as possible. I was unable to drive at the time and Debbie was really helpful bringing papers to me and offering transport where needed. She also arranged for repairs to be done with no fuss.
