Julie was absolutely amazing! I struggled to find a real estate agent who would communicate directly with me during my interstate move. Julie assisted me with finding a suitable apartment, without the need to join multiple queues of potential renters during a very busy rental period. Julie was also actioned any repairs and maintenance quickly and the repair technicians were both prompt and professional. The experience to vacate the lease was also made easy and stress free. Would highly recommend Julie and Colliers as a client centred professional real estate firm. Certainly the best experience I have had over multiple years in the rental market
