We were delighted with our windows. The quality of the workmanship of the windows was top. They provided excellent advice. Communicated well. Prompt and efficient and clean with installation. We had our whole house replaced with double glazing and would highly recommend.

Broken panes of glass in an internal door! Can we get this fixed before Christmas? I made a phone call to receive a very clear 'please email your request details to us' message. By the time I typed the email there was a call back. I had an appointment for the next morning! Two staff members dropped in to measure the glass, and the glazier was on site by 8:15 the next morning. Job finished by 9:15. I couldn't have had better service.
