Phone answered by friendly Nikki. Not a machine. I couldn’t believe how quickly an appointment was arranged. 1 hour later Nick arrived to fix my broken window. Contacted Channel Glazing to remove a window pane which had a cat access door installed. Within 3 days the glass pane was removed and the new one fitted by their employee Nick. He cleaned tge glass and removed the debris Excellent service
