During the year I had a massive $14,000 air conditioner (also 3 quotes received) installed in one of my units with negotiations by C21 with the tenant, building manager and a/c installer. All went extremely well. Recently had it serviced, all handled by C21 - no problems. Another unit was behind on their rent, C21 kept the pressure on the tenant to pay up, they fully paid up and unit left spotless. I am an older gentleman, in my 60s, University educated, business professional. After owning my own homes for years, I found myself renting about 7 years ago.
