We have had Century 21 at Neutral Bay manage our property for a period of ten years. The team at Century 21 Harbourside have been a breath of fresh air from the day they first leased my unit until sold. They found a great tenant, undertook regular inspections and organised repairs quickly when required. Their admin system was easy to navigate and held all the leasing and maintenance details for speedy access. I can't thank Fay, Megan and their team enough for looking after my investment.

Faye and Megan have been our property managers for about 18 years. We are based on the West Coast and the distance was never an issue. They were always prompt in notifying us of any developments, upcoming end of term leases, etc. They were both wonderful to deal with and we shall miss them!

The communication has always been great , quick . Megan is always quick to respond and has always solved any issues promptly . Always polite and friendly . Fay as well, both approachable too. Overall the whole staff has been nice and professional.
