The whole experience dealing with the central electrical group was awesome. From Organising a time for parts to be replaced in my oven the ladies in the office were informative and helpful. They went above and to help fix my warranty issues with my oven. The technician who came out was respectful, knowledgeable and fast at his job. It was a great experience all round.

I was a bit disappointed as my initial call seeking assistance in getting my oven fixed was great. I was assured they could fit it in between jobs however on arrival was told there is a 2 week wait. The oven was checked and was told it needed a top element and 2 terminals had blown so the element was ordered. I asked to have it booked in again as it would take 2 weeks to get the element.
