Jacob was prompt, even early, courteous, friendly, quick and efficent at the job, clean and answered questions in a lovely manner i could understand.
Very good, prompt arrival, explained what they did and what we need to do, or not, good efficient service of 5 a/c units.

The whole experience dealing with the central electrical group was awesome. From Organising a time for parts to be replaced in my oven the ladies in the office were informative and helpful. They went above and to help fix my warranty issues with my oven. The technician who came out was respectful, knowledgeable and fast at his job. It was a great experience all round.
