Informative. Anjali explained everything in such a way it was easy for me to follow her. She is very professional and very aware of the needs of the person she was dealing with. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by the information she was imparting. She made the experience very positive.

Ben's preparation for both my appointments has been outstanding. Ben and his team prepared the paperwork which suited my personal needs exactly and during both appointments Ben explained everything clearly and patiently which took all the stress l was feeling away. It was interesting to hear about your perspective to investing strategies. We were pleased in options to reduce costs but we also would hope to see our investments grow. Time will tell. One thing we were surprised was the one time initial cost considering you had taken over our portfolio some time ago it would have been beneficial to have contacted us and explain. A little disappointed but we will see.
