I greatly appreciated the fact that even though we were nearly an hour early for the appointment we were sent, and even though Anjali had been informed of a different appointment time, she happily dropped everything and saw to us. Then through the whole process all our questions were answered with clear definitions for our limited understanding of the legal jargon, financial concepts and acronyms!
