Service was prompt and quick. This was very important to us as we rent out a guest house and rely on quick service, if something goes suddendly wrong with the plumbing. Ben, who did the job was very friendly and finished the job without delay. Also explained to us what was wrong with our leaking shower head. Very tranparent.
