Owning a guest house in Burra our hotwater system failed suddenly on Sunday afternoon. Very critical to us: We hosted at the time guests, who were from one minute to the other out of hot water. We called Byles Plumbing Service and within 24 hours we had a completely new hot water system installed by Ben and Sam. They did a great and reliable job as many times before. Especially for businesses and when time is of the essence, we can highly recommend Byles Plumbing.

Ben is a great employee. He phoned me and I didn't answer so he called at our house at 4.50pm (to check we were home) to fix our loose tap and also see to our troublesome toilet not flushing efficiently. I didn't expect his service at this time of day and the toilet issue needed replacement parts which he wanted to go and get. I insisted he leave it and come back next morning which he did.
