Ben is a great employee. He phoned me and I didn't answer so he called at our house at 4.50pm (to check we were home) to fix our loose tap and also see to our troublesome toilet not flushing efficiently. I didn't expect his service at this time of day and the toilet issue needed replacement parts which he wanted to go and get. I insisted he leave it and come back next morning which he did. Communication was excellent, office staff understood the issues I had, planned a convenient time and kept me aware of the appointment. Ben attended on time with a 5 min prior call to check . He came prepared with the materials to complete the job . We discussed the jobs and I had total confidence he was in control of the various issues . Ben was neat tidy, polite and respectful.
