I don't often write reviews. Honestly, half the time I can't be arsed. Today, however, I can be. I just had lunch had the Brewhouse and ordered their "Gabba Burger". Holy wow!! To me, it was exactly how a burger should be. Perfectly assembled (with minimum tectonic slide), medium cooked patty (not even the slightest bit dry and cooked to the death), the obligatory lettuce and tomato which were fresh and crisp, pickles (amen to that), melted cheese, smoky (but not too much) bbq sauce on the most deliciously soft brioche bun. ... read more
