I had the Wagyu Sirloin for dinner last night and it was the tastiest steak I have eaten in my life! I ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. RecommendedI had the best cut of meat possibly in my life cooked to perfection... the waghu sirloin. .. how do you make it salty, crispy and delicious outer while maintaining a rare moist and unbelievable centre... this was beyond expectation and when they said hero steak it really could have come out wearing a cape.. sides like maple bacon popcorn and delicious red wine jus, dianne and mushroom complimented what i thought could not have been improved on.
