We found Mark to be very approachable and he kept us well informed during the sale of our unit. He even went out of his way to do things not in his scope like meeting with the Fire Safety controllers, hosing the balcony and cleaning the glass and in general keeping the unit clean and tidy. He even went out of his way to get a sign put up and always let us know about potential buyers who attended the viewings. We found he was the most professional Agent we have ever had.
