He was professional, approachable, and very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this agency.
I would like to commend William Lee, your Senior Property Manager, lots of people drove past, not wanting to stop and help, but William did, even helped me move my car to a safer spot on the side of New South Head road, as I had a flat tyre and he even helped me change it. The staff here have been extremely helpful and welcoming, helping me move into my new apartment. Janet was at the inspection, and was extremely warm and inviting, and has since helped me manage my move. Absolute class from her, and from the team as well.
Frankly excellent experience as a renter. Great communication. Quick decision. Useful information. I guess landlords choose the agent, but if the renter's experience matters, this team is first class.
