Wanted to jump on here and give some deserved praise to Senior Property Manager Maria Ciancio who manages the property I lease at in Double Bay. She’s amazing to deal with - a prompt and professional communicator, who has shown great support of me and the landlord during a rental increase. I’m really lucky to have her as the property manager of the apartment I’m leasing. Highly recommend her 🙌🏼
I would like to commend William Lee, your Senior Property Manager, lots of people drove past, not wanting to stop and help, but William did, even helped me move my car to a safer spot on the side of New South Head road, as I had a flat tyre and he even helped me change it. Frankly excellent experience as a renter. Great communication. Quick decision. Useful information. I guess landlords choose the agent, but if the renter's experience matters, this team is first class.
