The inspection was carried out within a few days of my enquiry. I received the report the day after the inspection, and it proved to be very comprehensive. As the building was only about 3 years old I had considered whether it was worth spending the money but I'm glad I did.
BPI was very thorough and picked up an issue that wasn’t on the building and pest report supplied by the Real Estate.
