James is absolutely professional and competent. I had chronical issues on my lower back and shoulder/neck, he worked on me from head to toe, and helped reduce the pain and tightness by a lot! The exercises he gave me are so practical & effective. He is young and energetic, but don't judge him by his look, he's very experienced and caring. He always has solutions for me whether it was a sport injury or overstress or maintaining good posture. by the way, he's very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. from May
