It was my first appointment. James did some checks and was able to find out what the problem was. He explained everything about the problem and he explained everything he was going to do before he did it. During the treatment he kept checking up on me if I was alright and made sure I was comfortable. After this first treatment there was already a difference in my range of motions. I'm looking forward to proceed my treatment with James.
