Didn't listen to what I wanted, charged me way way too much and am very very unhappy with my septum piercing. Also did not give me the right rings for my ears.
I came in a year and a half ago and had a single lip piercing done, and while the piercing itself was very well done and the healing was no problem at all, after trying to find more jewellery for it I realised that the piercer had not asked me about what size gauge I wanted (I was pierced with a 14g) or what style of jewellery I would be mostly wearing. I came two months to get a surface piercing. After a few weeks, my piercing was still really red and I came three times to ask if it was normal, and I always got the same answer "yes it's look good, that's normal". I decided to go to an other piercing studio, and when he saw my surface piercing, he explained to me my body was rejecting it because of the plastic bar.
