Bloom Inspections were very prompt in carry out the building and pest inspection. I received a phone call once the inspection was completed to tell me how it went and then a very detailed written report. i was very happy with the service i received from Bloom Inspections and wood highly recommend them.

Time is of the essence with pre-purchase inspections and with the two inspections we have requested, they were both scheduled within the next day or two. Simon thoroughly checked the properties, in one case finding major structural defects that saved us from lots of headaches and costs while with the other we were pleased to hear that all was good. The reports were very detailed with plenty of explanatory photos as well as a verbal report and a chance to ask questions. We highly recommend.
