The whole process was easy and very efficient. I received a quick response to my inquiry and then Simon handled the whole process from there. Straight after the inspection, Simon rang with a verbal report, which was quickly followed up with the written one. The report was thorough, with photos and details of things I had never thought about before. Extremely informative and well worth it.

Very happy with the fast turnaround and detailed report we received the same night after the inspection was done. Simon was super helpful with the many questions asked and very understanding it was our first time dealing with a building inspector. Will go through bloom again when the time comes for another inspection.
