Very pleased. Alex solved my drainage googles very quickly and explained the need to top up the trap regularly. His approach to the cistern was professional and efficient, removing the old flexible pipe and inlet valve as a unit, unclipping and removing the inner mechanism', replacing the outlet seal and reinstalling with a new inlet valve, a fabricated copper pipe in lieu of a flexible hose.The effect was a much improved solidarity over the original configuration.
