Very pleased. Alex solved my drainage googles very quickly and explained the need to top up the trap regularly. His approach to the cistern was professional and efficient, removing the old flexible pipe and inlet valve as a unit, unclipping and removing the inner mechanism', replacing the outlet seal and reinstalling with a new inlet valve, a fabricated copper pipe in lieu of a flexible hose.The effect was a much improved solidarity over the original configuration. You have a very satisfied customer

Bill was a very pleasant and polite young man and he was very tidy with his work. When he had finished I asked him how he rectified the problem. He said he replaced the cistern rubbers and general over haul. He left the area very tidy and was very polite when he left

Excellent and quick service and excellent advice and excellent result. The plumber was also wonderful-very polite and very friendly which is something that is important to me.
