A great night made nicer by the waiting staff.
10/10 would definitely recommend. Food and drinks were amazing, service was exceptional and location and ambience on point. Price is also fantastic. Can’t wait to go back again to try more of the menu.
A very interesting menu. The food items we selected were delicious and well presented. The portions were just right. Friendly staff. Please bring back the baked camembert to your menu. Highly recommended. Will be back.
Always a pleasure dining at Birdcage. Attentive staff, innovative food menu & extensive drinks list in a haven of sophistication, away from the madness of the day. Looking forward to dining here again next time we're in town.
The food was great, the four of us really enjoyed it. Ambiance was great as well. Only blemish was the service. Girls need to smile and interact more, as well as being more aware of how the tables drinks status is going. We will be back.😊 Thanks for caring. Greg
We dined on Tuesday night 25/8 at the 5pm seating. We used the remainder of a gift card which had $101 dollars remaining. We produced a receipt from the last time we dined which showed a $101 balance given to us the last time we dinned. On that occasion we had to wait for an extended period while the manager found the record of our voucher which had been emailed. Worst customer service ever. We arrived for my mums birthday dinner with 8 guests. From the minute we arrived the waitress had an attitude. We had booked online after seeing them advertised that the birthday guest will receive a free drink and meal to the value of $60 within their birthday month. While being seated the waitress asked if it was my birthday as we specifically stated on the booking it was for a birthday to which I said no it wasn’t my birthday but my moms. We had a lovely lunch with excellent & friendly service by Jodi. The food was most enjoyable and the choice of wine was great. We will certainly be back again.
Worse dining experience I have had on the Gold Coast. I would not go back again.
