Doreen has been involved in the selling of two properties for us. The first property belonged to my brother and I. We followed Doreen's instructions through to the end. The Property sold within 2 weeks of being listed. With no bargaining. The second property was left to us and other family members. One of those family members had a problem with everything my brother and I wanted to do. The house was auctioned as it was. We received pretty well what Doreen thought that we would receive.
Business response:
Thanks Arthur
I found Kody and his support Kayla fantastic. Very approachable at all times , which helped me relax and feel confident Excellent advice regarding marketing !
Brett made us feel valued as a buyer and made the process easy. Genuine, knowledgeable and always was available to help out with anything regarding our purchase. Highly recommend Brett and Belle Property.
We have been really impressed from the beginning! We had a very tight turn around due to a new job starting in another state. Kody was honest with us, no real estate bull, and kept us up to date during the entire process. The house was under contract within 3 days of listing and sold within the 30 days, giving us plenty of time to move. He even helped us get in contact with someone from Belle in the city we were moving to! Highly recommend Kody if you want the job done right.
I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Doreen, who successfully sold my house. Her expertise, professionalism, and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Doreen's dedication and excellent communication skills truly set her apart. Highly recommended!
Business response:
Thank you, Mathew it been my pleasure to have sold you the property and now to have sold the property for you.
Our experience selling with Kody has been flawless. From our initial appraisal meeting to selling our family home just weeks later, Kody was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us fantastic advice but also the freedom to make our own decisions when it came time to sell our house. He is always available for advice and his communication throughout the entire process has made working with him so easy. Would absolutely use him again for our future realestate needs.
Stan helped me get a great price for my investment home helping me with a few maintenance upgrades/ issues by organising trades people to spruce it up before he sold it as a live out of town . I couldn’t of done it without him , he has a lot of knowledge and is great at his job and a very respectful person , 10 out of 10 Stan
Stan has great knowledge of the market and local area. He gave us helpful advice on necessary improvements on the home before listing. Overall we are happy with the service which Stan provided.
I met Kody previously at an Open Home over 18mths ago found him to be most professional and walked away thinking I would use him as an agent if ever I was to sell a home. & here we are .. I have bought & sold properties in the past and Kody has been outstanding in what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.
