Very easy and responsive to work with. Nothing was a hassle and all our questions were answered in a timely fashion.
I initially met Brett at an Open Home through the eyes of a buyer. I like the way he presented himself, hes not a pushy realestate Rep, he represents his listings with professionalism and encompasses all pertinent information about the property. I decided to give Brett a try for a sale, I was not disappointed, he achieved exactly what we agree upon, communication between both parties was flawless and he was available 24/7 . Results: 1st open home and it sold. Def will be using Brett again.
We have now used Brett's services twice and have had excellent results each time. We had some bumps on the road with our latest sale (no fault of Brett) and was able to get us another offer to match previous offer very quickly. Communication was on point and any issues that popped up were resolved efficiently. We will definitely be using Brett's services again in the future.

Kody was professional quick and very easy to deal with, our house wasn’t even on the market for 24hours which shows how much reach his connections and database has. We had multiple offers and a contract signed and executed in one day! Kody was able to maximise the return on our property and literally handled everything, we will be definitely getting Kody to sell our other property very soon!
