Kody was amazing to work with, he knew the market well and kept us fully informed the entire time! He went above and beyond for us and we are very appreciative of all the advice he gave us. Would 100% recommend Kody to anyone wanting to sell their home, his experience and knowledge especially in the Burdell area is great!
Very helpful - some sound advice
Business response:
Thanks, Patricia. I do hope you have settled in well and are making yourself at home.
Kody has been a no rubbish, efficient agent through the whole process and made sure all our needs were met in a timely manner. He holds great knowledge of the suburb and put us in a great position to get an offer we were happy with.
Cannot recommend Kody high enough, kept us up to date the whole time, made everything just so easy and simple for us. Was a breeze to sell our house with Kody.
I was impressed by his enthusiasm and timely response.
Kody was very easy to deal with. He was reliable, honest and good with his communication. Highly recommend.
Worked hard for great result. From the outset Stan worked hard with me to get the property ready for sale. As the property is an old rental and I don't live locally his advise was invaluable. Much appreciated, Great Result. Thankyou Stan.
Business response:
Thanks Alistair, it was an awesome journey and with a great result, nice working with you :)
Kody made everything happen seamlessly, from arranging the furniture styling, advertising and openhouses, I almost had nothing to do. He achieved a price which was within his originally predicted range in only a few weeks. Honesty, it was more than I originally expected. Kody definitely knows the Burdell market and I highly recommend him.
Kody… where do I begin with you... Not only did you achieve a price for our home we didn’t think was possible, but you gave us sound advice before, during and after the sale which helped not only maximise the outcome, but all was done in such a short time period. It's very refreshing to see such a young professional who gives such sound advice and guidance through such a stressful process. We can't begin to thank you enough. We have made a friend for life with Kody. Thanks again mate!
