Chris was a delight to deal with. We received clear concise feedback from the first inspection right up until the week of the auction. It was honest feedback and he was very helpful with arranging for our proposed amendments to the contract to be accepted so that we were in a position to bid on auction day. We feel that we paid the most that we could for the property, and after meeting the vendors after Chris's introduction, we all feel like we all had an enjoyable experience.
I knew as soon as I met Mitch and Tani that they were the right sales team for me ! Selling a house is a very stressful experience, so having a team that makes the whole experience easy is essential. Mitch has a relaxed style and a great sense of humour, and this combined with his outstanding communication skills and ability to recall names and figures is amazing, and together they make a gun team. I have no hesitation in recommending Mitch.
Karen was very helpful from the start. She kept in constant contact and always responsive to our needs. Extremely professional with fantastic local knowledge. We have never experienced the honesty in any real estate negotiation process as what we did with Karen. The entire purchasing process was easy and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend your team to any of our friends.
Greg and the team at Belle were great. Communication was fabulous and they kept us at ease throughout the campaign knowing we were in good hands. We’re very happy with the outcome and would certainly recommend Greg and Veronica as being both professional and a joy to work with.
Veronica was amazing! She went above and beyond to get us our dream home in a competitive market. Following that we were confident to employ Belle to sell our next property. Both Veronika and Greg did a great job and we got a fantastic outcome. Professional, energetic and great knowledge of the market. We would definitely recommend.
Daniel was an exceptional agent to deal with. His knowledge of the market is second to none, including recent sales and history as well as current. Daniel is an incredible communicator and relationship builder, having been in contact with me for years before we used him to sell a property. Daniel is professional, courteous and an asset when selling a house, achieving excellent results. We were beyond happy with our experience selling our home and would highly rate and recommend Daniel.
Thank you Nick and the Belle team selling our home, the whole process from start to finish was seamless..
Harrison and the Belle team were fantastic!! From our first meeting, to the styling of our property right to the completion of the sale, we couldn't fault Harrison and the Belle team. Thank you
Josh, Matt and their team have exceeded our expectations in every respect. Josh & Matt delivered on everything they promised and more. The whole process was seamless. I couldn’t recommend Josh & Matt more highly
