Chris was the selling agent & I was the buyer. I found Chris very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about finer points of the house & it’s features but didn’t make things up - very important & great credibility. He also got a great price for the vendor, I noticed with little mucking around. I’ll call Chris if I want to sell.
