As a first home buyer who has met many agents across multiple properties, Luke stands out as he was extremely helpful, approachable and timely in his follow-up of enquiries made in relation to the property. He was also very prompt with attending to emails, texts or phone calls, and was always punctual when meeting at agreed times. Luke also really made the buying process easy to navigate and was extremely knowledgeable about the property.

Emily did a great job selling my house on the Plateau. I am pretty high maintenance, so Emily was consistent with her communication, keeping me in the loop at all times.
