As a buyer, I’ve dealt with many agents in the NB and you really get a varied set. Some agents don’t text back or call back post viewing, offers or enquiries. As a serious buyer, I had wished the sellers knew how their campaign because $ is being left on the table. If you are selling, 100000% go with Sam. He is responsive, will canvas all potential buyers and will sell the good things about your house because this is the kind of agent that you would want to maximise your campaign.

Steve, always listened to our needs and concerns. He provided good feedback and adjusted the level and amount of information and feedback we required. It was a long process selling our apartment. We tried 4 different sales strategies in the process including taking a small break to refresh our offer. In the end we achieved a good outcome and the final sales result and price achieved was very pleasing, although a little short of what we had expected.
My dealing with Dianna was as a purchaser. Dianna was absolutely amazing. Always happy to take my calls, going above and beyond to assist us with questions and any concerns we had. If you are looking for a realestate agent to go the extra mile, you wouldn't find anyone better than Dianna. She was just totally awsome.
