From the beginning, Nick was responsive and open in his communication. He patiently answered questions and kept us informed, from the initial open house to the final negotiations. His clear updates and steady communication helped us feel informed. Nick was a pleasure to work with, and we’d recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Josh was open and friendly throughout the process, readily answering questions when we had them and otherwise encouraging us to spend plenty of time looking around the property to get comfortable with the purchase. He followed up on requests for details from the sellers promptly, was easily contactable, and flexible with arranging a building/pest inspection. He had a good knowledge of comparable sales, living and working in the area and having represented owners in the complex in the past.
We were very eager to purchase a property but had a number of complex challenges to get there. Nick reviewed our situation, immediately understood, and coached us on how to move forward. Very appreciative of his knowledge and can do nature.
