I found Nick to be very engaged with the sale of our property. Was very active in pursuing potential buyers but it wasn’t to just to sell the property he use his knowledge of the market and pursuing buys to enable us to get what we thought was the best price. He provided alternative strategies to get the best out of the market as this evolved during the sale. In the end we were very pleased with Nicks professional approach and great advice.
