Josh has a fantastic way of engaging, understanding & committing to people’s expectations & hopes. He is very knowledgeable of the area & is able to explain how to access the highlights of Balgowlah. Josh made me feel really comfortable with the process of exchanging contracts & the next steps in the purchase process. I would highly recommend him.
Peter was excellent to work with throughout the process. We’ve bought and sold through him and he’s always approachable and available. He did an outstanding job guiding us through the process and marketing our property. I’d highly recommend both Peter and the Belle team.
We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Amelie every step of the way. As a buyer, we couldn’t fault her. She was incredibly responsive and willing to help in every way possible. It wouldn’t matter what question we had between exchanging contracts and settlement date, Amelie was always there and happy to oblige. She represented her vendor with the highest standards including during the negotiation process, while being aware and understanding of our circumstances. A rare quality.
Amelie at Belle is a star. Her kind and thoughtful demeanor make her not only a pleasure to deal with but also a breath of fresh air in what can be seen as a transactional industry. Amelie has genuine engagements with people and then tries to provide solutions or assistance to the very best of her abilities. After speaking with Amelie at a random open home, she found us our new dream home a few weeks later and sold our existing with Nick and her team in the months that followed. Great person!
Nick and his whole team at Belle were fantastic, they streamlined the whole process, communicated frequently and in a detailed manner and provided great guidance using their experience and knowledge of the local market. Selling in a tough market, the above qualities were greatly valued. Lovely people and great at what they do, Nick is highly recommended.
Mitch was amazing to deal with. He had great knowledge of the market and he went above and beyond to get people through the door. He responds to every query and requests extremely fast. Had have such a great experience with Mitch selling our home, I would highly recommend.
Nick worked hard to sell our house. Because it is an unusual property, selling required a lot of commitment. His advice is always sound.
Veronica assisted us in selling a high end property at a difficult time in the market. She was knowledgeable about the state of the market and demonstrated tremendous resilience despite these difficult market conditions. Veronica was extremely professional in her dealings with us and various interested parties, including buyers agents. Her resilience and persistence helped us achieve a good outcome.
Nick was fantastic to deal with throughout the sale of our home. Professional, engaging and always kept us informed. He made the process straightforward and achieved a great result for us. We’d happily recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell.
