Peter knew the Beacon Hill market very well and was able to give us honest guidance about price expectations. Because we were unsure about exactly when we would sell he gave ongoing guidance about when and how to market our home, in an unsure market. Which resulted in a very quick sale at a price that we were happy with. The whole process was handled very professionally, with ongoing consultation and minimal fuss.
