Anna was terrific throughout the whole process, she was fair to both us as the purchasers & also to the sellers. Her communication between both parties was great and her turn around times on questions or requests was also very good. I have no hesitation in recommending Anna as a person you can trust when buying or selling your home.

I have been with Gilbert + Younan as a client for around 4 years and I have found them to work for me in a satisfactory manner in rental properties and selling my property. They have conducted business as per my instructions and I must say that I am a delighted customer!

We have just sold our investment property with Gilbert & Younan, and couldn't be happier with both the process and the result. We have a long history with Gilbert & Younan, having purchased and then rented through them. As the selling process unfolded, we met more of the team at Gilbert & Younan, all of whom were super friendly, helpful and professional. Stepping into their lovely premises there is also a real sense of family about the place, and we were always made to feel like family.
