I had a really great experience with Gilbert + Younan over the 4 years, i rented through them. Claudia was always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth the whole time. I took a lot of pride in the home and really loved living there, and it was nice to feel that was appreciated at the end of my tenancy as well. Everything was handled fairly and respectfully, which i really valued. Overall, such a positive experience and I'd happily deal with them again in the future 😊

In all my time with real estate agencies, communication at Gilbert + Younan is second to none. Although my time with these guys has been short, the experience we felt throughout was phenomenal. From the almost instant replies to emails/messages, to the true care I can hear through the phone I cannot recommend this agency enough. Shayla in particular has been an absolute gem to work with and I hope I can work with her again.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Anna sold our house back in 2012 and 14 years later we purchased our forever home with Anna. She’s relaxed, efficient, patient and responsive. Nothing was ever a bother and her communication was outstanding. So glad we were able to deal with such a lovely person and can’t wait to move in day.
