Dane is very knowledgeable and caring. He explains the problem and the treatment he suggests in easy to understand terms. I have seen Dane for a number of issues and they are always resolved with the therapy he uses. He works in consultation with the gym I attend which is definitely helpful for me and for the trainers. The process of booking is easy and so far I have never had to wait long for an appointment; usually next day or day after. Highly recommend Dane and The Beaches Clinic.
I go here after breaking my hip, thus weakening my knee. Alex and his team are extremely professional in organising the right exercises to help me. I continue to go to Beach Life as Alex is helping me keep mobile and healthy in old age. They are brilliant, and make exercise fun. Thank you Alex & co.
I had shoulder surgery and then at the start of my recovery from the shoulder surgery a brain tumour was discovered that needed to be removed. Alex and his team were excellent in appreciating and adapting to the issue and helped me greatly with recovery from both surgeries!
