I have been to Jessica before and she helped me with bad neck and back pain, so when I had muscular pain in my hip I returned. Jessica has the strongest hands and she massages the pain away and the follow up exercises work well. One very happy patient, thank you Jessica.

I find everyone very friendly and helpful. When I started classes, I was worried about being pushed too hard, but that is not the case, I am proceeding at a pace I am comfortable with.

Alex at Beachlife is the most outstanding wonderful Physio with his wonderful communication skills and extensive knowledge. He explains to his patients what muscle he is pressing and why he needs to strengthen that area. And more importantly he cures your injury and you experience no more pain. He has “Magic Hands”
