Pat was awesome as always.
I'm currently being treated by Enda Brady, who has been excellent in assisting me with sever pain in my left heel. He identified the source of the pain as being from my lower spine and the exercises and treatment he has provided is giving me welcome relief...thanks Enda! I'll be back for an update.

I have been coming to exercise classes and physio treatment for probably 18 years .The exercise classes , mainly with Fiona ,helped me stay strong and fit into older age .Since moving to the country 3and a half years ago I always see Rachel several times a year who provides me with exercises and checks me out .
