The team at Bay Active are wonderful. From the first warm greeting at the front desk to the carefully considered physio care and then the small group exercise class. I always come out of Bay Active feeling better than when I went in :) Thanks Lizzie and all admin team, Tom and David.
I live in the country at the moment A couple of times a year I go and see Rachel .She is always so helpful and practical and tweaks my body if I have been having issues and works out exercises to do to help . I am a big fan of Bay Active physio and have been for many years
Great job done by Bethan - again.I always find a different way of hurting my back and she always finds a new way of fixing it!
I saw Emma who was excellent in helping me with my back pain. Also recommended exercises to do after the session to help further. She took time to listen to my concern before treating me.

I had intense pain in neck and r shoulder and arm. Matthew did an amazing massage and acupuncture job in two sessions which pretty much fixed the problem that I’d put up with for a week. Thank you Matt!
Was all excellent, except that I found the cream on my back (used by Patrick for massaging me), was a bit cold. I realise it is not his fault, nor can it be any different, but I'm just airing my view.
Friendly staff , professional service in a relaxed space. My issues were immediately identified & treatment commenced instantly . Great Results quicker than expected as I’m not a very patient person . I highly recommend Bay Active Physio.
