Service was excellent and friendly
Always assured of professional service and attention to detail.
The experience was very good. The team was very friendly. They put things upfront. They told me that they would tell me if there is an extra job to do before they do the job. Before I pick up the car, there was guy came and told me the conditions of the car, and I have the chance to ask questions about it. The process of the service was outlined in a detailed report. The transparency was good. The only thing is they recommend a service every 6 months which my previous mechanic recommended once per year.

Routine annual service and report pre registration renewal. All work carried out and materials used are itemised and costed on invoices. SMS message received when the car was ready to collect. All work is performed to a very high standard at reasonable rates. The workshop is run very well and efficiently by Igor, Lydia and co. with no waiting around. I have no hesitation in recommending this business as highly as possible.
Lovely people working there. Easy to make an appointment, polite and friendly staff.
I was very pleased with Barr Automotive . Igor explained everything to me and was easy to talk to .I didn't have to wait all day for the car to be serviced like other places I've been to. I would be happy to use them again.
